The creator, Bertalan Farkas

Bertalan Farkas hunting knives are crafted in small batches by hand, drawing on over 40 years of knife-making experience. Most models can also be ordered with unique, traditional hand engraving: a monogram or oak leaf motif can be engraved on the blade, and a number can be added to the other side. The engraving is performed individually by Bertalan Farkas, by hand and with a chisel, before the blade is heat-treated.

Each hunting knife is custom-designed, featuring an N695 steel blade, a choice of stag antler or exotic wood handle, and a handmade genuine leather sheath. Functionality and durability are the primary considerations in the design of the knives. Bertalan Farkas is a hunter himself and uses the knives he makes in the field.
